Charitable objects
THE SHARES BELONGING TO THE CHARITY SHALL BE ENTITLED "FABRIC REPAIR FUND" AND MAY, UPON THE APPLICATION OF THE TRUSTEES, FROM TIME TO TIME BE SOLD, UNDER SEPARATE ORDERS OF THE CHARITY COMMISSIONERS, WHEN NEEDED FOR THE UPKEEP AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF EDINGTON OR THAT OF THE EDINGTON METHODIST CHAPEL OR FOR ANY EXTRAORDINARY REPAIRS NEEDED IN RESPECT OF THE SAID CHURCH OR CHAPEL.
THE RESIDUE OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY SHALL BE APPLIED BY THE TRUSTEES FOR THE RELIEF OF INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF EDINGTON WHO ARE IN FINANCIAL NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
