Charitable objects
PAYMENTS TO LOCAL TRUSTEES.-THE ESTATE TRUSTEES SHALL PAY- ONE OF SUCH PARTS OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY OF RICHARD DAWSON AND ONE OF SUCH PARTS OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY OF GEORGE WHITEHEAD TO THE BOSTON SPA TRUSTEES, FOR APPLICATION BY THEM IN MANNER HEREIN-AFTER PROVIDED IN THE RURAL PARISH OF BOSTON SPA; ONE OF SUCH PARTS OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY OF RICHARD DAWSON AND THE REMAINING PART OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY OF GEORGE WHITEHEAD TO THE CLIFFORD TRUSTEES, FOR APPLICATION BY THEM IN MANNER HEREIN-AFTER PROVIDED IN THE RURAL PARISH OF CLIFFORD; THREE OF SUCH PARTS OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY OF RICHARD DAWSON TO THE COLLINGHAM TRUSTEES, FOR APPLICATION BY THEM IN MANNER HEREIN-AFTER PROVIDED IN THE RURAL PARISH OF COLLINGHAM; AND THE REMAINING TWO OF SUCH PARTS OF THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY OF RICHARD DAWSON TO THE EAST KESWICK TRUSTEES, FOR APPLICATION BY THEM IN MANNER HEREIN-AFTER PROVIDED IN THE RURAL PARISH OF EAST KESWICK. GENERAL BENEFIT OF POOR.-INCOME PAID TO A BODY OF LOCAL TRUSTEES AS AFORESAID SHALL BE APPLIED BY THEM IN MAKING PAYMENTS, UNDER ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING HEADS, FOR THE BENEFIT EITHER OF THE POOR OF THE INTERESTED AREA GENERALLY, OR OF SUCH DESERVING AND NECESSITOUS PERSONS RESIDENT THEREIN AS SUCH TRUSTEES SELECT FOR THIS PURPOSE, AND IN SUCH WAY AS THEY CONSIDER MOST ADVANTAGEOUS.
