Charitable objects
PURCHASE OF RECOMMENDATIONS OR OTHER ENTRANCE FACILITIES TO CONVALESCENT HOMES, HOSPITALS, INFIRMARIES AND SIMILAR INSTITUTIONS, WHETHER PUBLIC OR PRIVATE (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE SAID CONVALESCENT HOMES") PROCURING THE ADMISSION INTO THE SAIDD CONVALESCENT HOMES AND MAINTENANCE THEREIN FOR THE CURE OR RELIEF IN SICKNESS, DISEASE OR ILLNESS OF ANY DESCRIPTION OF ANY OF THE WORKERS IN OR ABOUT COAL MINES (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "MINEWORKERS") WHO MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE EMPLOYED AT THE WATERLOO MAIN COLLIERY, LEEDS, AND THE LIKE ADMISSION AND MAINTENANCE OF ANY OF THEIR DEPENDANTS SO AFFLICTED AND FOR THE PROVISION OF OTHER BENEFITS AS DEFINED IN THE RULES OF MANAGEMENT.
