TO FOSTER COMRADESHIP AND GOOD FELLOWSHIP AMONG MEMBERS, PROSPECTIVE MEMBERS AND EX-MEMBERS OF THE HERTFORDSHIRE AND THE BEDFORDSHIRE REGIMENT, THE HERTFORDSHIRE REGIMENT, THE ESSEX REGIMENT, AND EAST ANGLIAN REGIMENT, AND TO ENCOURAGE THE TERRITORIAL MOVEMENT.
