THE PROVISION OF PARKS AND RECREATION GROUNDS FOR THE USE, BENEFIT, AND ADVANTAGE OR THE INGABITANTS OF STAMFORD. 2. THE IMPROVEMENT OF STREETS AND ROADS IN THE SAID BOROUGH. 3. THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE APPEARANCE UTILITY AND AMENITY OF BUILDINGS, WALLS, LAMPPOSTS, FENCES AND OTHER STRUCTURES AND OF PARKS, CAR PARKS, BUS AND COACH STATIONS AND OTHER OPEN SPACES IN STAMFORD.
