INCOME FOR PROVIDING FUEL FOR POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF BUNWELL. SURUPLUS INCOME FOR RELIEF EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN PARISH OF BUNWELL WHO ARE IN CONDITITONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
