(A) TO ASSIST THE PARENT BODY (THE NATIONAL JERSEY CATTLE CLUB) IN MAINTAINING THE PURITY AND IMPROVING THE BREED OF JERSEY CATTLE IN THE ABOVE COUNTIES. (B) TO HOLD SHOWS AND SALES OF JERSEY CATTLE AND PROMOTE THE INTEREST OF THE BREED. (C) TO RECEIVE SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ANY OTHER INCOMES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CLUB. (D) TO ARRANGE MEETINGS, FIELD DAYS AND CONFERENCES.
