THE INCUMBENT FROM TIME TO TIME OF THE PARISH OF BUXHALL, SO LONG AS HE SHALL CONTINUE TO RESIDE IN THE PRESENT RECTORY AND SHALL KEEP THE SAME AND THE GROUNDS THEREOF IN GOOD CONDITION FROM TIME TO TIME SHALL RECIEVE AN ADDITION TO THE INCOME OF THE LIVING IN ORDER TO HELP HIM TO LIVE IN THE PRESENT RECTORY AND KEEP THE SAME IN GOOD CONDITION.
