Charitable objects

INCOME TO BE DIVIDED EQUALLY BETWEEN SEVEN POOR AND AGED PERSONS OF EITHER SEX BEING MEMBERS OF THE MESSIASH BAPTISH CHURCH, DUDLEY, IF THERE SHALL NOT AT ANY TIME BE PERSONS QUALIFIED AS ABOVE, THE INCOME SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO SEVEN PARTS AS AFORESAID AND ONE THEREOF SHALL BE PAID TO SUCH MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH AS AFORESAID AND THE OTHER SEVENTH PARTS MAY BE PAID AND APPLIED TO ANY OTHER AGED AND POOR PERSONS RESIDING IN THE DISTRICT.
