INCOME TO BE DISTRIBUTED BY THE MINISTER AND CHURCHWARDENS IN THEIR DISCRETION IN SUMS OF NOT LESS THAN ONE POUND EACH ANNUALLY BETWEEN AND AMONGST SUCH AGED POOR MEN AND POOR WOMEN AS SHALL BE DEEMED THE MOST DESERVING ON THE 24THE DECEMBER IN EACH YEAR.
