TO ENGAGE AND IMPROVE IN UNDERGROUND, FELL & MOUNTAIN SEARCH AND RESCUE AND IN ANIMAL RESCUE; TO SUPPORT SAFETY PROCEDURES IN ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES AND TO ASSIST THE POLICE, AMBULANCE AND FIRE AUTHORITIES IN THESE AND SIMILAR ACTIVITIES.
