ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) HAVE RESIDED IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF YEOVIL FOR NOT LESS THAN 5 YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.
