Charitable objects
TO AFFORD FINANCIAL RELIEF TO PERSONS IN STRAITENED CIRCUMSTANCES WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF NORTHAMPTON OR WITHIN 5 MILES FROM THE GUILDHALL NORTHAMPTON AND HAVE SO RESIDED FOR NOT LESS THAN 5 YEARS PRIOR TO THEIR APPLICATION FOR SUCH RELIEF WHICH SHALL BE BY WAY OF ANNUITY NOT EXCEEDING $200 PER ANNUM.
