INCOME TO BE PAID ANNUALLY AS AN ADDITON OR SUBSCRIPTION TO ANY COAL OR CLOTHING CLUBS, OR IF THERE SHALL BE NO SUCH CLUBS, THEN TO EXPEND THE DIVEDENDS IN THE PURCHASE OF COAL AND CLOTHING OR BOTH TO BE DISTRIBUTED ON ST. THOMAS'S DAY AMONGST THE DESERVING POOR OF THE PARISH.
