INCOME TO BE PAID TO THE VICAR OF THE PARISH OF ST. ANDREW, BUXTON FOR HIS OWN USE AND BENEFIT PROVIDED THAT HE RESIDES IN THE PARISH AND THATDIVINE SERVICE IS PERFORMED IN THE CHURCH OF THE PARISH. IN THE EVENT OF FAILURE INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE POOR OF THE ANCIENT PARIS OF BUXTON.
