ASSISTING PERSONS OF LIMITED MEANS, NORMALLY LIVING IN THE LONDON BOROUGHS OF BROMLEY, LAMBETH OR SOUTHWARK, UPON TERMS APPROPRIATE TO THEIR MEANS TO FIND LIVING ACCOMMODATION BY ADVISING THEM, BY NEGOTIATING ON THEIR BEHALF WITH LANDLORDS, LOCAL AUTHORITIES OR OTHER APPROPRIATE STATUTORY, VOLUNTARY OR OTHER AGENCIES AND, EXCEPTIONALLY, BY FINANCING SUCH PERSONS BY DONATIONS, LOANS OR GIVING GUARANTEES FOR LOANS MADE BY THIRD PARTIES, WITH OR WITHOUT SECURITY, FOR THE PURCHASE OF FREEHOLD OR LEASEHOLD PROPERTIES, OR TAKING LEASES OF SUCH PROPERTIES TO BE WHOLLY OR MAINLY FOR THEIR PERSONAL OCCUPATION, AND BY DOING ALL SUCH OTHER THINGS AS ARE INCIDENTAL OR CONDUCIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE ABOVE OBJECTS OR ANY OF THEM INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, BORROWING OR RAISING MONEY IN SUCH AMOUNTS AND MANNER AND UPON SUCH TERMS AS THE SOCIETY SHALL THINK FIT.
