GIFTS OR CHRISTMAS FARE TO THE DESERVING POOR OF THE PARISH OF ESHER WHO ARE AGED SIXTY-FIVE YEARS OR OVER AND WHO HAVE LIVED IN THE PARISH FOR AT LEAST THREE YEARS, OR TO ANY NECESSITOUS CHILDREN LIVING THE PARISH.
