TO PROVIDE AND ESTABLISH ACCOMODATION AT A SUITABLE CENTRE OR CENTRES. A HOME OR HOMES WHERE THE PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED CHILREN OF SOUTH WALES WHO HAVE RESIDED IN SOUTH WALES FOR UPWARD OF THREE MONTHS AND ARE UNDER THE AGE OF SEVENTEEN YEARS MAY BE SENT FOR HOLIDAYS SUCH HOMES OR HOMES TO BE EQUIPED WITH ALL THE FACILITIES NECESSARY FOR THE SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING AND RECREATION OF SUCH CHILDREN.
