IN CONNECTION WITH THE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN THE AREA OF OPERATION TO PROVIDE TEACHERS AND OTHER WORKERS TO ESTABLISH AND OPERATE TRAINING CENTRES AND HOSTELS AND PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR SUCH PERSONS AND THEIR DEPENDANTS.
