IN PROVIDING FUEL AND OTHER MEANS OF HEATING FOR POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF THE ANCIENT PARISH OF CARLTON COLVILLE. IF THE INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR THE ABOVE, IT IS APPLIED IN RELIEVING EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE SAID AREA WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
