LEONARDS TOWER, BOTH IN THE TOWN OF NEWTON ABBOT, AND OF THE CHURCHYARD OF THE PARISH CHURCH, THE PROVISION OF ALL PROPER REQUISITES, INCLUDING HEATING AND LIGHTING, FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF DIVINE SERVICES AND THE PAYMENT OF THE WAGES OR SALARY OF ANY CLERK, SEXTON, OR OTHER OFFICER IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING.
