INCOME TO BE DISTRIBUTED AMONGST ANY DESERVING POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ELKESLEY AT OR ABOUT CHRISTMAS TIME IN EVERY YEAR AND IN MAKING SUCH DISTRIBUTION THE TESTATOR DESIRED THE THE SAID MINISTER AND CHURCHWARDENS SHOULD CONSULT WITH AND BE GUIDED BY THE WISHES OF THE ELDEST FOR THE TIME BEING OF ANY RELATIVE OF HIS (NOT AT THE TIME IN RECEIPT OF PAROCHIAL RELIEF OR REQUIRING TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FUND THEN UNDER DISTRIBUTION).
