INSTITUTE TO BE USED AS A PLACE OF ASSEMBLAGE AND RESORT FOR THE MEMBERS THEROF AND FOR THE PURPOSES OF A READING ROOM A REFERENCE AND LENDING LIBRARY, A PLACE FOR LECTURES, SCIENCE OR EDUCATION CLASSES, CONCERTS, DRAMATIC PERFORMANCES AND PUBLIC MEETINGS AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DECIDE, BUT IN NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE INSTITUTE BE USED FOR THEOLOGICAL PURPOSES.
