FOR THE RESIDENCE AND USE OF PERSONS WHO EITHER HAVE BEEN BORN IN THE PARISH OF BLAKENEY OR SHALL HAVE RESIDED THERE FOR NOT LESS THAN FIVE YEARS AND: (A) SHALL HAVE BEEN PARTIALLY OR TOTALLY DISABLED WHILST SERVING IN THE ARMED FORCES FOR THIS COUNTRY; OR (B) BE DEPENDANTS OF PERSONS SO DISABLED OR KILLED; OR (C) BY REASON OF AGE OR INFIRMITY ARE UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THEMSELVES; OR (D) ARE IN NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS. PREFERENCE IS TO BE GIVEN TO PERSONS WHO MEET THE CRITERIA SET OUT IN SUB-CLAUSES (A) AND (B).
