Charitable objects
THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS TO MAINTAIN A COMMUNITY CENTRE FOR USE BY THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: A) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. B)FOR THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS. THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE MUST BE RETAINED BY THE COMMITTEE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY
