THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE YEARLY INCOME OF THE (1) CHARITY, IN PAYING PENSIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE SCHEME. (2) IF IN ANY YEAR INCOME IS NOT REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION IN THE MANNER OF AFORESAID THE TRUSTEES MAY APPLY THE SAME FOR RELIEF IN NEED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF THE SCHEME.
