Charitable objects
THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ROTHERSTHORPE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID INHABITANTS. DURING SUCH PERIOD AS THE LAND IS NOT USED FOR THE ABOVE PURPOSES THE COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT SHALL APPROPRIATE AND USE THE SAME AS A GARDEN FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF ROTHERSTHORPE UNDER THE TITLE OF ROTHERSTHORPE MEMORIAL GARDEN CHARITY.
