Charitable objects
(A) TO PROMOTE THE STUDY OF THE COUNTY, BOTH IN THE PAST AND IN THE PRESENT, ON A NON-POLITICAL AND NON-SECTARIAN BASIS. (B) TO ENCOURAGE THE STUDY OF THE GEOLOGY, GEOGRAPHY AND NATURAL HISTORY, AND ANY OTHER PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE COUNTY. (C) TO ENCOURAGE THE DISCOVERY AND PRESERVATION OF THE COUNTY'S ANTIQUITIES AND RECORDS, ANCIENT AND MODERN. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CONSTITUTION).
