Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPROPRIATE THE BUILDING SPECIFIED IN THE SCHEDULE HERETO WITH THE APPURTENANCES THEREOF (HEREINAFTER TOGETHER REFERRED TO AS THE INSTITUTE BUILDING) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF SWANAGE AND IN PARTICULAR FOR USE OF MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES OR FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF PROVIDING FURTHER EDUCATION AND IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.
