$4 TO THE MINISTER OF HARTSHEAD FOR PREACHING A SERMON ON 10TH DECEMBER EVERY YEAR, AND $2 TO THE CLERK FOR HIS ATTENDANCE THEREAT. RESIDUE OF INCOME TO BE GIVEN IN CLOTHING AND BREAD OR FLOUR TO DESERVING POOR PERSONS OF ANY AGE RESIDING IN THE TOWNSHIP OF HARTSHEAD PROVIDED THAT IN CASES OF EQUAL NECESSITY AND MERIT THE MORE AGED APPLICANTS SHALL BE SELECTED FOR RELIEF.
