(II) PROVIDING FOR AND PROMOTING EDUCATION INTO AND INVESTIGATION AND RESEARCH INTO THE SCIENCE AND ART OF ACUPUNCTURE AND DISSEMINATING THE RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH.
