Charitable objects
(A) TO SUPPORT PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY IN THIS AREA IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF HELP AND SUPPORT FOR THEM AND FOR THEIR FAMILIES, DEPENDENTS AND CARERS; AND (B) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR DAY OR LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF THEIR LIVES. "LEARNING DISABILITY" MEANS ANY INTELLECTUAL DISABILITY AND ANY ASSOCIATED CONDITION HOWEVER CAUSED AND WHETHER MILD, MODERATE OR SEVERE.
