Charitable objects
(1_ IN MAKING DONATIONS TO ANY CHARITY OR CHARITIES WHETHER ALREADY ESTABLISHED OR HEREAFTER TO BE ESTABLISHED FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE SAME BEING APPLIED AT CHRISTMAS FOR THE BENEFIT OF POOR PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE BOROUGH OF KING'S LYNN WITH SPECIAL REGARD TO THOSE RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF ST MARGARET'S IN THE SAID BOROUGH. (2) IN MAKING GRANTS OR PAYMENTS AT CHRISTMAS WHETHER BY WAY OF PENSION OR OTHERWISE TO ANY SUCH POOR PERSONS. (3) IN ANY OTHER MANNER WHICH IN THE OPINION OF TRUSTEES MAY BE FOR THE BENEFIT OF ANY SUCH POOR PERSONS IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE FESTIVAL OF CHRISTMAS.
