TO AID SUCH DESERVING INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF UPPINGHAM IRRESPECTIVE OF CREED AS MAY BE IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT AND IN KEEPING IN GOOD ORDER AND REPAIR THE NORTH EAST PORTION OF THE GRAVEYARD OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF UPPINGHAM.
