TO PROVIDE A MARRIAGE COUNSELLING SERVICE TO ADVISE PERSONS MARRIED OR CONTEMPLATING MARRIAGE ON PROBLEMS REAL OR POTENIAL OUT OF OR IN CONNCETION WITH MARRIAGE AND TO ASSIST SUCH PERSONS TO RESOLVE OR AVOID SUCH PROBLEMS.
