ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR UNMARRIED PERSONS WHO ARE NOT LESS THAN 60 YEARS OF AGE AND WHO (EXCEPT IN SPECIAL CASES TO BE APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERS) HAVE RESIDED IN THE PARISH OF WINTERTON FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS NEXT PRECEDING THE TIME OF APPOINTMENT.
