(2) PAYING PENSIONS TO NEEDY AGED FREEMEN OF THE CITY OF LEICESTER AND THEIR WIDOWS RESIDENT AS ABOVE. (3) RELIEF IN NEED OF FREEMEN OF THE CITY OF LEICESTER AND THEIR WIDOWS RESIDENT AS ABOVE.
