(IV) TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS FOR SPASTICS. (V) TO CO-OPERATE WITH LOCAL AND CENTRAL AUTHORITIES OR OTHER BODIES IN THE RELIEF OF SPASTICS AND TO PROVIDE FUNDS OR MAKE GRANTS OR DONATIONS TO SUCH AUTHORITIES OR BODIES FOR THE PURPOSE.
