(III) ANY UNFORTUNATE TRADER WHOSE CASE MAY, IN THE OPINION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE FUND, HAVE A LEGITIMATE CLAIM UPON THE SYMPATHETIC CONSIDERATION OF THE CHAMBER.
