(A) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF BOOKS AND LETTERS AND OTHER READING MATTER OR WRITING MATERIALS FOR SUCH PERSONS HAVING NEED THEREOF BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE OR INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES AS THE TRUSTEES THINK FIT WITH A VIEW TO IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE OR (B) TO OR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS PURPOSE OR PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME THINK FIT.
