1) FOR RELIEF IN NEED OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF NAVENBY. 2) CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF NAVENBY. 3) TO MAKE GRANTS TO THE MANAGERS OF THE NAVENBY CHURCH OF ENGLAND CONTROLLED PRIMARY SCHOOL FOR SPECIAL BENEFITS AT THAT SCHOOL NOT PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY. 4) TO ASSIST PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF NAVENBY WHO HAVE FOR NOT LESS THAN TWO YEARS ATTENDED A COUNTY OR VOLUNTARY SCHOOL TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF SUCH PERSONS.
