(1) ú20 TO BE APPLIED FOR EDUCATION OF YOUNG PERSONS UNDER 25 RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF HETHERSETT (THE AREA OF BENEFIT). (2) SUBJECT TO (1), TO PROVIDE RELIEF IN NEED TO PERSONS IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
