Charitable objects
TO PERMIT THE SAME TO BE USED IN PERPETUITY AS A NON SECTARIAN AND NON POLITICAL PLACE OF RECREATION AND SOCIAL INTER-COURSE FOR THE ADVANTAGE OF BENEFIT OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BRITISH LEGION FOR APPLEDORE AND FOR THE ADVANTAGE OF BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF APPLEDORE AND OF THE SURROUNDING DISTRICT EITHER GRATUITOUSLEY OR IN CONSIDERATION OF ANY MONEY PAYMENT OR ON SUCH TERMS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL THINK FIT.
