ALMSHOUSES FOR POOR PERSONS OF GOOD CHARACTER WHO HAVE RESIDED IN THE BOROUGH OF BRACKLEY FOR NOT LESS THAN 2 YEARS PRIOR TO THEIR APPOINTMENT AS AN ALMSPERSON, PREFERENCE SHALL BE GIVEN TO WIDOWS WITH THE QUALIFICATIONS AS AFORESAID.
