THE PROVISION OF FACILILTIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 60 YEARS {RETIRED OR NOT} RESIDING WITHIN A LIMIT OF 10 MILES FROM THE CLUB'S PREMISES WHICH WILL IMPROVE THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR SUCH PERSONS.
