AREA OF BENEFIT MEANS THE FOLLOWING PARISHES IN THE WINCHESTER RURAL DISTRICT - BIGHTON, BRAMDEAN, COMPTON, HEADBOURNE WORTHY AND ABBOT'S BARTON, HURSLEY, ITCHEN VALLEY, KING'S WORTHY, MICHELDEVER, OLD ALRESFORD, OWSLEBURY, SPARSHOLT, TWYFORD, WONSTON, BEAUWORTH, BISHOP'S SUTTON, CHERITON, CHILCOMB, CRAWLEY, ITCHEN STOKE AND OVINGTON, KILMESTON, LITTLETON, NEW ALRESFORD, NORTHINGTON, OLIVER'S BATTERY AND TICHBORNE,
