THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY AS THEY THINK FIT IN RELIEVING PERSONS IN NEED OF ASSISTANCE WHO ARE RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT. AREA OF BENEFIT MEANS THE FOLLOWING PARISHES IN THE WINCHESTER RURAL DISTRICT - BIGHTON, BRAMDEAN, COMPTON, HEADBOURNE WORTHY AND ABBOT'S BARTON, HURSLEY, ITCHEN VALLEY, KING'S WORTHY, MICHELDEVER, OLD ALRESFORD, OWSLEBURY, SPARSHOLT, TWYFORD, WONSTON, BEAUWORTH, BISHOP'S SUTTON, CHERITON, CHILCOMB, CRAWLEY, ITCHEN STOKE AND OVINGTON, KILMESTON, LITTLETON, NEW ALRESFORD, NORTHINGTON, OLIVER'S BATTERY AND TICHBORNE,
