Charitable objects
INCOME TO BE APPLIED FOR ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES: 1) THE ERECTION DECORATION,FURNISHING AND EQUIPPING OF A SYNAGOGUE,SYNAGOGUE HALL AND OTHER ANCILLARY BUILDINGS INCLUDING OFFICES FOR THE SYNAGOGUE AND BETH DIN. 2) THE MAINTENANCE,REPAIR AND UPKEEP OF THE SAID BUILDINGS. 3) ANY OTHER RELIGIOUS,EDUCATIONAL OR CHARITABLE PURPOSES CONNECTED WITH OR ANCILLARY TO THE ABOVE PURPOSES. PROVIDED ALWAYS THAT NO PART OF THE FUND SHALL IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE APPLIED FOR ANY PURPOSE WHICH IS NOT CHARITABLE.
