THE RELIEF OF 1) WIDOWS, CHILDREN AND OTHER NEAR RELATIVES OF COLLIERS OR MINERS WHO HAVE BEEN KILLED OR INJURED BY ACCIDENT IN THE WORKING OF ANY MINE WITHIN THE AREA OF THE TOWNSHIP OF PELSHALL ,TOWNSHIPS OF THE BOROUGH AND FORIGN OF WALSALL, THE PARISH OF RUSHALL, THE TOWNSHIP OF ALDRIDGE, PARISH OF MORTON UNDER CANNOCK OTHERWISE CANES 2) WIDOWS, CHILDREN AND OTHER NEAR RELATIVES OF COLLIERS OR MINERS WHO HAD OR HAVE BECOME PERMANENTLY INCAPACITATED FROM WORK OWING TO ACCIDENT, DISEASE OR ILLNESS OCCASIONED BY THEIR EMPLOYMENT IN OR ABOUT ANY MINE WITHIN THE BENEFICIAL AREA AND UPON WHOM SUCH WERE OR ARE DEPENDANT FOR SUPPORT. 3) COLLIERS OR MINERS WHO HAVE BECOME PERMANENTLY INCAPACITATED FROM WORK OWING TO ACCIDENT, DISEASE OR ILLNESS OCCASIONED BY THEIR EMPLOYMENT IN OR ABOUT ANY SUCH MINE.
