TO PRESERVE A WAR MEMORIAL AND TO KEEP IT IN GOOD REPAIR AND IN GOOD CONDITION, AS A MEMORIAL OF THE GREAT WAR. THE PARCEL OF LAND SHALL BE USED AS PART OF THE VILLAGE STREET OR OTHERWISE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF HEDDON-ON-THE-WALL.
