IT EXISTS FOR THE GENERAL BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF DEEPING ST JAMES, LINCOLNSHIRE. ITS SOLE TRUSTEE IS THE BODY CORPORATE OF DEEPING ST JAMES PARISH COUNCIL. ITS ONLY ASSET IS LAND LET TO THE PARISH COUNCIL FOR USE AS ALLOTMENTS BY THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
